NEW TRANSFORMERS FOR NOMPUMELEO, METER BOXES FOR MDANTSANE AS AMNESTY KICKS IN
Buffalo City Metro Executive Mayor Councillor Princess Faku visited Nompumelelo and Mdantsane townships today rolling out electricity infrastructure.

In Nompumelelo, there was a commissioning of self-isolating transformer installation. This was followed by the rolling out of the amnesty process in Mdantsane where various households received electricity meter boxes.

 

In February, Council approved amnesty to consumers within Buffalo City, who tampered with and bypassed their water and electricity meters for four months.
