BCMM LIBRARIES REOPEN

From 01 September 2020, Libraries will open for returns and issue services only.
Borrowers can take ten books per card.
Entrance restricted to 10 people at 15 minutes per borrower
All fines accumulated during the closure will be waived.

No children allowed until further notice
