The Council approves the Consolidation of Jan Smuts and Buffalo City Stadia

The Council approves the Consolidation of Jan Smuts and Buffalo City Stadia to be used as a Sport Precinct that will accommodate all sport codes,football youth development programme,community events and business conventions/functions,the Sports Precinct be leased by Private Treaty to Chippa Training Academy (Pty) Ltd as Anchor Tenant,for a term of 20 (Twenty) years, at a nominal rate of R3 000.00 (Three Thousand Rand) per month, excluding VAT and costs, escalating at 12,5% (Twelve comma five percent) per annum, for Recreational (Sport) purposes.
