NOTICE OF VIRTUAL ORDINARY MEETING OF THE COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 29(1) of the Local Government Municipal Structures Act No. 117 of 1998, read in conjunction with Section 19(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 that the Speaker of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Council, Councillor C.H.M. Maxegwana has authorized the City Manager to call a Virtual Ordinary Meeting of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Council on Friday 11 December 2020 at 10h30 for 11h00 in Microsoft Teams.
In terms of Section 6.7 of the Disaster Management Act, the meeting will be held Virtual and members can get live update of proceedings on Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality webpage.
